KAPi Couples 2025: Celebrating Love and Leadership in KAPi

This Valentine’s Day, Kappa Alpha Pi proudly celebrated the love stories that have blossomed within our fraternity with the KAPi Kouples Competition! Across our chapters, we received heartwarming stories of relationships that began through our shared passion for law, leadership, and friendship. After an exciting competition, we’re thrilled to announce the top three KAPi Kouples who stole our hearts this year as part of a competition on Instagram. Followers could vote for their favorite KAPi Kouple from a list of 10 nominees.

🏆 1st Place: Jasmine & Rohan (UCR Chapter)

Jasmine and Rohan’s love story is straight out of a rom-com. Their journey began during KAPi rush week, where fate (and a shared love for oat milk matcha) brought them together. On the day of the second rush event, Jasmine went to Coffee Bean to pick up her mobile order—only to find Rohan grabbing the exact same drink. At first, she was convinced he had taken her order, but when he turned the cup around, it had his name on it too! The same drink, down to every pump and drizzle—clearly, destiny was at work.

What could have been an awkward moment turned into an instant bond, and from that day on, their connection grew stronger. They walked to the rush event together, discovered their shared love for Suits, Daniel Caesar songs, and their dreams of pursuing law. Five months later, Jasmine and Rohan are not just KAPi members, but an inseparable couple who spend most of their time together. Their love story is proof that sometimes, the best relationships start with a simple coffee order.

🥈 2nd Place: Dalia & Mitch (UKY Chapter)

Dalia and Mitch’s love story is deeply rooted in their leadership within KAPi. Together, they helped start the University of Kentucky KAPi chapter, with Dalia serving as President and Mitch as VP of Finance. Their shared vision for building a strong pre-law community not only strengthened the chapter but also strengthened their relationship.

🥉 3rd Place: Abeth & Connor (MSU Chapter)

Abeth and Connor’s romance started in the classroom. Although they met in class, they never really got to know each other—until KAPi brought them together. Connor, who was interested in Abeth but didn’t know how to start a conversation, found the perfect excuse: he asked her for an interview as part of a KAPi event.

From that moment on, their connection grew, leading to their first date at the KAPi Ping Pong Tournament—which, fittingly, they won together! Now, as a couple, they continue to support each other in their academic and professional journeys, proving that KAPi isn’t just about career networking—it’s also about making lifelong connections.

These three incredible couples embody the spirit of KAPi love—a mix of shared ambition, friendship, and unexpected connections. Whether it's bonding over a coffee order, building a chapter together, or winning a ping pong tournament, love finds a way to flourish in our fraternity.

To all our KAPi Kouples out there, thank you for sharing your beautiful stories with us. And to those still searching, who knows? Your KAPi love story might just be brewing at the next chapter event. ❤️
