Owen Tanner-Flomberg (he/him)

Chief Executive Officer

Owen Tanner-Flomberg is the founding National CEO of Kappa Alpha Pi Pre-Law and Government Fraternity, where he leads the organization’s strategic growth and development nationwide. He founded his law firm, Tanner-Flomberg Law Group, and is involved in several political and social impact agencies and projects. He earned his Juris Doctor, LLM in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution, and a Certificate in Public Interest Law from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he was instrumental in establishing Kappa Alpha Pi’s chapter and held multiple leadership roles.

Kayla Candos (she/her)

Chief Operations Officer

Kayla Candos is a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Kappa Alpha Pi Pre-Law and Government Fraternity’s National Office, where she leads operations and strategic initiatives to support the organization's growth and impact. She is in the process of earning her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. With a dedication to legal education and professional development, Kayla plays a vital role in expanding opportunities for brothers nationwide.

Kristina Beihoffer (she/her)

Chief Programs Officer

Kristina Beihoffer is a Co-Founder and the Chief Programs Officer for Kappa Alpha Pi Pre-Law and Government Fraternity, where she leads the development and expansion of programming to support aspiring legal professionals. She is a Staff Attorney in the Sexual Allegations Unit at the Chicago Public Schools Office of Inspector General. Kristina earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she was an active member of Kappa Alpha Pi and Kappa Kappa Gamma.
